I went to the Hearing Health Club after having a blocked ear for 6 years, and the service was amazing. Rahim was extremely profession and his studio is beautifully relaxing. Rahim takes the time to show you high definition photos of inside your ear so you can see the issue yourself, as well as he overall health of your ear drum/canal The procedure it's self was pain free and over super quickly with a completely obstructed ear drum cleared in minutes. Rahim also took the time to try and locate the cause of the initial blockage and provided advice on future prevention. Overall, a rather enjoyable experience or a rather mundane health visit. I recently met with Rahim at the Hearing Health Hub for the first time, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Rahim was welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which immediately put me at ease. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, ensuring I fully understood the process and what to expect. He also showed me photographs of the issues before treatment, as well as the results afterwards, which was both fascinating and reassuring. Rahim’s knowledge, professionalism, and caring approach made the entire experience very positive. This was my wife's first visit to Hearing Health Hub and she can't praise Rahim enough for his excellent service.He made her feel comfortable and confident and it was a painless procedure which has made her feel so much better.
